ZOIDS-Anime IRC Channel Rules and Regulations

#ZOIDS-ANIME CHANNEL RULES (OBEY THEM OR ELSE!)

1. Respect the Operators (Operators have @ beside their nicknames) or Half-Ops (Half-Operators have % beside their nicknames), and be courteous to others.

2. Do not private msg the Channel Operators unless it is IMPORTANT!.

3. No begging for ops, No clones (with out permission), No request ads (with out permission), No spamming or flooding, WB "Autogreet" messages are permitted & No Advertising other Channels

4. Do not hammer the Fserve, TDCC, XDCC Triggers or Commands!

5. The preferred typewritten language to be used in the channel is ENGLISH. If you wish to speak in any other language, please translate each of your messages into English or consider taking your messages private. This includes fserve ads. If you, the server, wish to have them in another language, you must provide clear translations at all times.

6. Making profit off our encoders volunteered service is first off ILLEGAL and you will be A-Kicked if caught. Episodes are here for you to personally watch not to sell.

7. NO asking for Dual Audio Zoids Episodes cause anyone who is interested in Zoids knows the English version was severely cut so there for the audio wouldnt work for dual audio purposes!

8. IF you DO NOT like what we encode in, which is currently x264 in a AVI container, thats your problem and we DO NOT wish to hear about it you have the option on re-encoding it your self to a likable codec or putting up with how it is, this after all is FREE SERVICE we are offering and if you DO NOT like it then go buy the DVD's!


RULES REGARDING SERVER CONDUCT

1. If you choose to serve, you are not permitted to have your download directory being served. Downloading incomplete files is annoying and you will be banned from the channel if found serving incomplete files!

2. All servers have at least 5 queue slots avaliable, and MUST give priority queuing to operators and fellow servers. Users that fail to do so will be banned from the channel. This rule is here to help fellow servers get the files and distribute them before channel users do.

3. Make sure all ads [DCC, Fserve, FTP, TDCC, XDCC] are set to Silent and CTCP Triggers Only, also make sure it reponds to !list. It allows channel chat to flow a bit more smoothly.

4. IF you can not run a silent FSERV, please contact an OP for help!

5. IF you are not serving and have a voice use "!devoiceme"
